Mindful moments for these uncertain times.

All around the world, the coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing a lot of stress & anxiety. Many of us are holed up at home in self-isolation & none of us know what the future holds.

I want to provide a place for people who are interested in exploring mindfulness as a way of getting (& growing) through these challenging and uncertain times.

The Now was never meant to fill a need like this, but I feel like this is something positive and constructive I can do to help in a small way.

Why now?

The Now is a project I have been working on for the past year. I wasn’t planning to launch it just yet, but with everything that’s going on right now, I feel like it’s a good time.

Please note, I am not claiming to have the answers to anything. We are living in unprecedented times. However, I strongly believe that there are lessons within mindfulness traditions and other similar philosophies that can help at times like these.
